The razor & blades are new and unused.
The razor is a 3 piece heavy duty stainless steel with a black textured handle.
It is heavy and sturdy. The headpiece screws on tight, and it provides even blade placement (i have another I've been using for a few weeks).
As a DE shaver, it's not very aggressive, but it's very easy to get a close shave with good technique and decent soap / cream.
Also included is a 5-pack of Gillette Platinum blades.
